This tooth “paste” ditches the plastic and paste all together – but does it work as well as regular toothpaste?

According to the company, one billion toothpaste tubes are thrown out each year.
Not only are toothpaste tubes made with plastic, they will often contain leftover toothpaste, which may have harmful ingredients in them.
A Zero Waste Production Line
- The bottles: Refillable, recyclable glass.
- The envelopes: Made from recycled newspapers
- The boxes: Recyclable cardboard, sealed with paper tape
- The refills: Made from compostable biomaterials
How They Work
Like the name suggests, you bite into the tablet and use a wet toothbrush to melt it down. Thats it, works like regular toothpaste after the bite has melted.

As of writing, there are 3 different variations available: Fresh Mint, Fresh Mint with Activated Charcoal, and Berry Twist.
